I usually don't have anything bad to say. However, this time I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with everything on it. When I got it nothing was on it but lettuce and tomato not even mushrooms; which wasn't a big deal. I made the waitress aware and she corrected it. BUT... When I started eating it, 3 bites in I realized the burger was so badly burned I couldn't finish it! I got this order to go so I wasn't able to bring it back and get it fixed. Like I said I usually never have a bad experience at Ruby Tuesday's but this has me completely turned off to the restaurant.

We can never figure this place out. Some days the service is excellent, others...not so much. Lately, though, the service has been pretty good. Ruby Tuesday has always had a fairly good selection for vegetarians, so we tend to eat there more than at, say, Olive Garden. Too bad the franchise is in such deep debt.

Ruby Tuesday has vastly improved from my previous visit two years ago. The salad bar is by far one of the best in the city. The coupons make it an affordable place to dine when on a budget. I love, love, love the dinner specials that includes the salad bar and dessert. Wholeheartedly recommend Alabaster Ruby Tuesday!

Always nice place to eat. Waitress was very nice. Live the salad bar. They have nice burguers.

Shrimp skewers were raw. Rice pilaf had been sitting under a heat lamp. Mashed potatoes were room temperature. Botulism waiting to happen. A waste of time and money.
