Eva was extremely helpful in making sure the Mercedes passenger van we rented for our daughter's wedding was ready on time for the big day. She was very professional and courteous which made the rental process that much easier.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. I had to extend my rental out for another week & was worried, but they handled it with out any trouble. I also had a flat in the rental, again no worries I was picked up by a tow truck, & in the new rental car in less than 2 hours. Enterprise has the best customer service.
I travel a lot and Allie Jo and her team are a great group of friendly professionals on every rental . I wish I had the same experience with all the organizations I encounter during my travels.
