Terrible costumer service, the manager is really rude and the staff are thiefs. I am never coming back to this place is like what people say the cheap things become expensive
This place is terrible! They messed up my car and refused to fix it! Don't waste your time or money at this dump.
Here's how you lose a lifelong customer. I had been coming to Precision Tune at their former location in Pelham for 10+ years. I visited them at their new location in Alabaster because my car was making a loud grinding noise. I got a call that my brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. I asked the mechanic of this was the cause of the noise and he said it was. I get my car back and it's still making the same noise. I go back and the mechanic says he doesn't know what is causing the noise and that it could be a problem with the transmission. So after paying $400 for a brake job that didn't fix the issue I brought it in for, I later found out my car has had a blown head gasket for quite some time after taking it to another shop. According to this shop, Precision Tune would've been able to tell that the gasket was bad at the time of the break job, so I have new brakes on a car I can't drive. The manager Brandy, says she cannot give me a refund and referred me to the owner who apparently is never in town and doesn't know how to make a phone call, which speaks volumes. Avoid this place if you don't like being cheated.

Came in today for an oil change and ended up replacing some belts and my power steering pump. Great service, extremely nice staff. Was it the cheapest? Honestly I don't know. If not it does not matter. They had me fixed up in a matter of hours. A cheaper local garage might be just as good but I bet it also would have taken 2-3 days. It was worth it to me for the way I was treated and quality and time of service. I live in Pinson now and drove all the way to Alabaster to get them to do the work I needed and will do it again if I have to. Thanks guys. Great job and great work.
