Best customer service, never had any issues.. But I feel like if you pay your bills on time everything runs smoothly...
So I've been in North Carolina handling business and I can't receive calls because it says I'm roaming. I had a voicemail pop up on my phone but no vm left so I text the number and say who is this I don't have good service. So it was Jeremy the store manager. He said I been trying to get in contact with you. Note now he's calling me from his personal phone. He said your 4 weeks behind i say no I'm not it's 3 weeks. So he goes to say so you know your late. I'm late every month but I always pay. My thing is don't lie and say I'm behind that far. I feel like he was trying to get more money. This isnt the only problem I've ran in to with this buddy's. I use to call in and make my payments over the phone until they started just taking my payments out without my permission. So one Saturday they called and said your payment is die I stated I was gonna come in Monday and pay it. Simply because I had to go to my other bank to get money out to pay them from my savings account and I don't have a debit card from. So they used a card that I had called to make a payment before and paid my bill. I called and stated I just told you I was coming Monday so why would you take it out my account the man said let me call Jeremy to put it back in your account, he never did. Don't do business with them!!!! If only I could tell you what they did to my friend!
Started a rent to own a king size bed two weeks ago. Mattress and box springs came an hour later than the time they said it would be delivered. They called and said it would be two weeks before the bed frame came. I wasn't even told about the mattress protector that was supposed to be included. I found out from another Buddy's store a couple of counties over that my mom rents from that the mattress protector was to be included and the lady there gave me the protector and said she would send the bed frame to the store I am renting from so that they could deliver it to me. My mom called on Wednesday and said she was told my frame was in the store by my house. I went there that morning to pick it up. As I walked into the store the lady behind the counter didn't even ask me what she could help me with. She immediately got on her computer and asked me my name. I said my name and said I'm not there to make a payment rather there to pick up the frame for my king size bed. She said hang on a minute and took off to the back. I waited and looked at the different couches while I waited. The girl and a guy came out and started assembling a frame and quickly took it down and the guy carried it to my car. Later that evening my husband went to put it together and realized it was a queen size bed frame. I called the store the next day and explained what had happened. The guy asked if the number I had called from was a good number to call me back on and that he would check and call me right back. I waited a full 24 hours and called the store again and the woman who gave me the wrong bed frame answered the phone and got rude with me and said I said I was someone else the day I went to get the frame when she distinctly repeated my last name back to me. Then she said that I was given someone who got a queen sized beds bed frame. So I will give this company a three ONLY because of the Cullman, Alabama store. If it were me dealing with just the Alabaster, Alabama store they would be lucky to get a two star. This company really needs to work on their customer service. At least the Alabaster store does. I am not pleased with this company. I was going to purchase a new couch next but I will be looking at either using the Cullman store or their competition locally.
Friendly and extremely helpful people! You can buy anything cash or set up quick and easy payments which I love. They always have new furniture and electronics every time I go in!
*** Updated to add that the employees that work there will go above and beyond for their customers WITHIN REASON. Customer service is top priority.
Great people and great employees. I work in retail as well and its funny how some people who give them 1 stars are all alike. The one thing they all have in common is THEY NEVER PAY ANY BILLS ON TIME. These type of customers will always point fingers when the main issue is themselves. Yes... it is only business when you agree on something and PAY for it. I paid off 4 items from there and received all the items and never had to get a phone call because "its called being on time". Thanks for the great service and products. Look forward on future business transactions! By the way, ill make those payments as agreed upon and on time!!!
Five stars because out of all of our wonderful customers that we have that love us and our business, they tell us in person or every time they're in the store. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and strive to provide them with quality customer service.
Update...... Jeremy had his wife Brittany Kelly write a review giving them 5 stars!!!!! Of course he would have her do this he is conniving.....and deceitful!!!!!
