I ordered a grapevine wreath with wild flowers for a funeral. I did not have any recommendations so I did not know what to expect from this florist. I purchased these for a group so the pressure was on me to get something we would all be proud of. At the funeral home last night many compliments were received on the arrangement so I would have to say Thanks for a Great Job!

I have gotten all of my son's prom flowers here and will continue to do so. They are great with helping to match colors. I take a color swatch in and they always nail the color perfectly.
After screwing up my order I called the company to notify them of their mistake. You would think they would work with you when messing up an order – especially since they offer a guarantee if the customer isn’t satisfied. Of course, after 20 minutes of talking to an indifferent owner who tried to justify their mistake I discovered several things about Alabaster, most notably: they are incapable of producing one simple flower order successfully and they do not honor their commitment to sustaining customer satisfaction.
