I tried multiple times to call and ask the paint department a question. After a long wait I finally had a woman answer. She said she was the only one there and too busy to talk about the product I wanted to buy. She took my phone number and name and said she would call me back. I never received a return call so I bought the product somewhere else.
Closes too early on Sunday, really 7pm you're closed during the holidays? Oh well, there is always Amazon if have to wait.
Best prices on appliances!! Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Not usually crowded. Lines not bad
This is the worst Lowe's we have ever been in!! We just left there with $2000 in our pocket to buy appliances, doors, windows, paint, etc. I was in appliances and hubby was in doors and windows. The guy in appliances took 4 phone calls in the 15 minutes I was talking to him, never apologizing or excusing himself. His knowledge of the appliances was non-existent. My husband never found anyone to help him in doors and windows and even asked 4 associates if they could help and their response was that it wasn't their department. We left without buying anything. Will go to Bessemer or Tuscaloosa from now on...good customer service in those two stores!
This store is TERRIBLE!! I came in to try and get some sand and I had to literally talk to 3 different employees until one would even actually help me. When I finally found what I needed this RUDE customer literally rammed my bucket of sand screaming at me because she "thought" I cut her off in line which I did not - kind of hard to do with a 50 pound of sand.... the employees decided to just continue to help her and ignore me completely. My sand went everywhere and they just stared at me... Every single time I come here something like this happens. If you have ANY class go to Home Depot and not this trash hole of a store.
