Horrible service!! The food was horrible as well. After being told "they were out of salad" our waitress brought out a bowl of very soggy salad. (That's the best part of Olive Garden) my wine had something floating in it that appeared to be trash of some sort. Then our food wasn't worth eating. Will NOT be back!!
Our server was Dan and he was very nice. He offered us the current specials and wine and knew exactly what dish my boyfriend was looking for. Overall great experience and would come back and bring friends!
The service was great in alabaster twice I plan on returning. I don't care for the bad service I gotten at the Tuscaloosa location
Great food and service!! This has to be the best Olive Garden I have ever eat at!! Ever other OG I have eat at around the Birmingham area was down right GROSS!! This one was clean and very nice.
Food was excellent, didn't have to send anything back because it was not cooked properly and the young lady who took our order was great. She gave us plenty of time to select what we wanted and our order was delivered promptly. Very prompt in filling our drinks and bringing additional bread and salad. Great experience and will definitely dine with you guys again. Sorry I didn't can't remember the waiter's name.
