We ate here when we were on the road traveling. I was the only vegetarian in the party. This place stands out to me because they went out of their way to make a vegetarian Whataburger for me since they had nothing else on the menu that I could eat that was healthy. I was impressed with their very friendly service. If we go through here again, I would eat at this Whataburger again.
Burger was hot...would be nice if we had access to the condiments without them being regulated by staff.
The hamburgers and cheeseburgers here are amazing. Truly truly awesome food. If you have not tried a Whataburger then you are missing out. I will stop at any Whataburger I see to enjoy what I would say is one of the best burger experiences I have had to date. Highly highly highly recommended.
We love Whataburger and were driving through town from our family vacation. It's entirely possible they were just having a bad day. But this trip was probably the worst for us. We have always had fast and friendly service at other Whataburger's. This wasn't the case today. We ordered very simple foods and asked for one meat to be switched with another and this became a long and arduous task that seemed to confuse everyone there. When we got our food, it wasn't super fresh and they still got it wrong. We only needed one meal with two extra sandwiches. The girl asked us twice if we needed to make it a meal and both times we said we only needed one meal. Somehow we got charged for two meals. Nothing seemed to be fresh, the cheese was barely melted so it didn't seem like it was made fresh. One of the three sandwiches was the honey BBQ chicken sandwiches and the strips were so overcooked we had to have it redone, and it still wasn't what you would expect from Whataburger. There was no sense of urgency during any of this and while waiting for them to remake the sandwich we saw several people waiting around and one guy walked out without having been helped. Throughout all this time the manager didn't even come out once. The sad part is my kid was really looking forward to Whataburger after being up north all week and this was the first one we came across and it was just a big let down.
