Employees in clothing are fantastic and so helpful, as for beauty, very rude and not as helpful. Never had a nice experience in beauty isle. Never seen a smile on face
I think this Belk location could use more employees. The dressing rooms were so full of clothing the last time I went I couldn't even hang my clothes on the hook. Belk seriously needs to work on its image by keeping their stores clean and hiring more employees to help. The employees are very nice but you can tell they are all overworked.

Always seems to be a good sale
The older womam associate working in the fragrance section is more preoccupied with whats on her smartphone that assisting the consumer. After looking for my favorite cologne (Tuscany by Aramis) for 10 minutes (and being ignored) I finally approached the associate for help. I was rudely told that what I was looking for was a perfume and not cologne.... I should know because I've worn Tuscany for 10 years. Will NOT be back to Belk anytime soon.
