The store is clean and festive and they had an appropriate number of staff for the amount of customers. The staff was very attentive and check out was the fastest I ever had in a retail store.
I've always enjoyed shopping at Penny's because I like there other and they have Petites. There prices are good too.
Men's section has some nice dressy collared shirts that are not that expensive for the average sized man. If that's what I was there for, I'd have bought 8 of them today.

One sales associate was more interested in talking to her friend than waiting on customers. I found someone else to help me and he did a great job. There's normally more help and I commented on the lack of help. He explained that they were all in a meeting. Minutes later there was plenty of help.
