Really the worse customer service I have ever in my life seen I took my .223 AR-15 with a hairpin trigger they first dry fired my riffle then they act like it's my fault they really are the stupidest people I ever delt with never will I ever go back to Scott's Pawn
As for a questionable Rolex, There is an entire multi billion dollar industry built around the replica watch trade, specifically the more common brands like Rolex. There are some remarkable pieces that could actually be a good watch under its own brand name but instead fraudulently bare the Rolex brand name. If your watch was turned away I can assure you it was because it was either obviously fake or we just couldnt verify it to our satisfaction and thus could not justify buying it.
Very rude and inconsiderate. I came to spend several hundred dollars for Xbox 1 and accessories, games controllers etc. When I asked which consoles they had 500gb or 1tb. They said do you want it or not. And walked off . I will definitely spend the extra $20 at the other pawnshop, just because of that horrible customer service experience. What business treat's paying customers like that??
I love the layaway plan, it's very helpful. They do have a lot of guns, but not too much of anything else. Staff is nice. Pretty nice place to shop.
