Super company! Technician, owner, and receptionist are fantastic and VERY helpful. Everyone I spoke to from my first call to make an appointment, to the completion of my plumbing repair was very professional. They arrived on time for the appointment, found the source of a water leak, and repaired it quickly and efficiently. EXCELLENT, QUALITY WORK. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
I contacted Superior Plumbing because the reviews were good and they were local. I explained that I dealt with (and paid) multiple plumbers prior to them referred by my home warranty & jumped through hoops for weeks for it to fall through every time. I was so stressed but so happy when Superior Plumbing came out. They said I needed a new tank & to contact the manufacturer since it was under warranty & they can't install US Craftmasters. I even had them quote me for a sump pump installation. I contacted them later that day because they didn't provide details in their invoice needed for the warranty folks to send me a new tank for free. I asked if they could come back & give me a voltage reading. The "master plumber" called me to say there wasn't anything else he could do; he would only come back out if I purchased one of their tanks to install. I'm in tears at this point because they're the 3rd plumber I've paid just to tell me they can't help. Two other plumbers won't even call me back since it's a warranty job. I even told him I was going to give him my business for the sump pump job, but he still wouldn't agree to coming back out. I paid them a service call fee. Their work is supposed to be superior and guaranteed. They aren't any different than the other plumbers I dealt with- only care about a big profit & don't show any compassion to customers. Here I am a month and a half later, as a single mother, still with freezing cold water, & still searching for a plumber that will treat me fairly.
Technicians arrived within 1 hour of service call, quickly found and repaired water leak, and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!
