Love this place! Alabaster pet smart has the greatest team ever! Was there two minutes and was asked if I needed any help and the cashier's are always smiling and so polite! .
It's a good pet store with big selection, nice service and fun to look at kitties for adoption.
Do not buy your fish here. I have bought multiple fish from this location and all have died. Some may have been unhealthy the others died because of advice given to me by their staff. The staff has no clue what they are doing with fish, and will give you advice that will kill your fish. Go to the Hoover location if you want to purchase fish.
The speed of the service is great! And the staff was very helpful
There's a female employee that works in the fish department that will literally harass you out of buying fish. I understand that you want to keep your animals safe but your job is to sell fish. So do it.
