I stopped going to slow service pizza shops with mediocre pizza and settled on this store in Alabaster. They have it together. Very professional and prompt. Great pizza too.
Ordered a carryout sausage, pepperoni and mushroom - order taker was having a hard time with the order. Repeated it to confirm - pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom.

Everyone makes mistakes - but it was repeated back to me! At 10:30 in the morning, how many orders are you taking to screw this one up. Sad!
The delivery service is fast and the food is very fresh and hot. This location also gives back to the community with "school nights" on Thursdays throughout the school year.
Took it home - did not check in store :( -, and noticed it was only sausage and mushroom. Called, and they did said not offer discounts, but did offer to replace it. No apology - nothing. It was a hassle to go back, so I said never mind.
