Online ordering and pick up quick with this location. They are always courteous and nice as well.
One of my favorite places to eat here in Alabaster. Also, the Firehouse app is a great rewards app. I had a problem when my phone broke and I had to download the app on my new phone. The app downloaded, but I couldn't get it to transfer the points I had when my phone broke. I clicked on the link to contact administrators on the app and although it took 3 tries, they didn't give up and finally got it resolved. Kudos to the app team. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a really good hot sub.
Today was disappointing. I love the sandwiches at this location. But tonight I watched a young lady pushing a trash can from the back and carrying dirty pans in the back. Then she came out and opened a jar of peppers and stuck that same hand in the jar and put peppers on the line. She never changed gloves and when I told her what I had seen she denied it and said she pushed the can with her belly. I told her I was watching and what I saw. This is awful and to top it off she turned out to be the manager. Watch what you eat people because no one cares anymore
Absolutely awesome, I have eaten here at least eight or nine times, absolutely amazing every time. Consistently good. 5 Star for sure
I love Firehouse but this time not so much. The staff was not friendly when we walked in, normally they greet everyone, not today. My sandwich was delicious but a total mess, most of the meat and toppings were hanging out the end of the bun. The bun itself was cut 30% top 70% bottom, so with everything hanging out the back it was hard to eat the sub without making a total mess. They need to work on quality control with their staff.
