Never had their delivery, so I cannot speak for its speed, but it has always been fast on carryout.
Eleven people in the kitchen area. My called-in pizza was finished when I arrived, but after a 15 minute wait, I had to find it myself. The staff was having a lot of fun, though.
Papa John's is a great pizza place, and it's quality really never diminishes. Staff is pretty friendly, and the location always appears clean.
I will NEVER order from papa John's again. I called to place an order, and the guy who answered the phone acted like the last thing he wanted to be doing was answering the phone. After asking simple questions and getting nothing but get lost attitude. I told the guy I'll just order from somewhere else to which he replied "sounds good". I called another local place and placed my order with a very nice women. I called back to speak with a manager, and the same person answered the phone. His name was Johnathan and he said he was the manager. I would really hope that papa John's does something about his employment there, but whether they do or don't. I will NEVER place an order again at papa John's.

I went to Papa John's on 10/23/17 in Alabaster and purchased the Philly cheese steak pizza and it had "no" meat on it, plenty of veggies! Don't buy it!
